Shipping in the US is discreet and does not have “Decadent d’Vices” or any other information visible on the packaging. International shipping requires us to label the merchandise clearly for customs. All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders will arrive in 5-10 business days in most cases. International orders, depending on location, may take up to 15 business days to arrive
NOTE: Because of the recent COVID-19 restriction put on many US states, it may take up to 5 business days for your shipment to be sent. Our distributor warehouses are working with minimal staffing and following diligent safety precautions. There are also significant delays in shipping and customs services right now. While we will do everything we can to assist you, we are not responsible for delays in receiving your package.
At this time, international customs for many countries are overwhelmed and some customers are experiencing package loss during within customs process. Once the package has left the United States, we are not responsible for the loss of your item. We recommend that you reach out to your respective customs department to inquire about waiting times before ordering from us.

What if the item I want is listed as Out of Stock?
